Value for money hotel and the ideal place to relax.. Perfect location quite and away from busy centre. Walking distance from central restaurants and cafes and from limanaki area. Hotel's cafe is really good providing coffees drinks and snacks at very good prices.. Nothing everything was excellent..

Best weekend of 2024. Room was very clean we got an update to the room with private swimming pool and we thank you for this , straight outside of our bedroom🙏 Staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcomed. The receptionist Anastasia helped us with the check in also we requested for an hour late check out due to the rain and she helped us with our request as well. The Restaurant manager Andreea is very professional and friendly also the staff at the bar I remember few names Anca, Iannick and Szymon also the rest of the staff all were very professional and friendly and also the lifeguard Vita. We were on all inclusive and breakfast lunch and dinner had a lot of variety of food and different every day. We are definitely going back to Eleana Hotel and I highly recommend it.. We liked everything about the property however It would have been nice if there was a bingo game or any other type of entertainment for those who just want to spend their holiday in the hotel. Also if it was possible the swimming pools outside the rooms to have been heated just thoughts I was having while I was there. Overall it’s fantastic and the excellent customer service played a huge role to our perfect weekend. Thank you!!.
