***** AVOID *****. Disgusting hotel, please avoid. Highlighted that there were small cockroaches crawling over the pastries at morning breakfast and the waiting staff showed little concern. Room walls seem very thin allowing you to hear next door quite clearly. Very dated and unclean hotel.. .

Happy and happy to be returning. Me and my partner couldn't complain, staff were helpful room was clean and had a nice view and the breakfast was enough to start the day, we are pleased to say we will be returning this March for our honeymoon, see you all very soon and my son and his girlfriend are also giving it a try in march. .

money for value. over all was very good. nice breakfast ,clean room and the location was fantastic. no parking place for everyone..

It was not so bad as some of the 1* reviews claim. It was pleasant, cheap, and we enjoyed our stay.. Before I booked this hotel, I knew all about the bad reviews - how it is the worst hotel in Cyprus, how run down it is, how dirty corners, rare change of towels/bedding, bad breakfast selection, rude staff, etc. Still, I decided to book it, because the price was the cheapest I could find among hotels in Cyprus cities and in locations near the sea. I wanted a hotel specifically, so I did not even consider apartments/private hosts. I thought - if it is so cheap (7 nights for a family of 5, breakfast included, was 900 EUR), we will tolerate. So my overall conclusion was that it was NOT SO BAD. :) The staff was very nice! Yes, the hotel is run down, but the lobby area, and the pool area was quite chic! Spacious and pretty. The room had a great view of the sea, the breakfast was perfectly decent, I've seen a lot worse in way more expensive hotels. There was a hairdryer in the room. For me totally this was good value for money.. The worst was the bed. :( In room 302. The mattress was deformed, it was so soft and slept through that if I sat on my side, I sat almost to the base of the bed. :( And in the middle the bed made like a hill. Just a very worn-out mattress that should go straight to the dumpster. The room was interconnected with 303, and 303 room had good beds. So, not sure if this was only for our room, but watch out for room 302 if you want a comfortable bed. :) Also, quite the experience - THE BATH. There was a bath in our rooms, but apparently it was never to be used as bath, only as a shower. We didn't know, though should have, I guess, when we couldn't find any bath plugs, and used a scoth tape for the plug. Anyway, tried the bath, all of us, and ended up with evil scratches on the butt all of us, because the bath was lined with some evil coarse coating. The coarse was so fine, that seemed like no big deal, but ended up being like sandpaper on our butts even from just sitting in the bath (no rubbing of the butt down the bathtub:). Terrible, terrible experience, but this one is probably on us, so.. don't be like us, If there are no plugs, do not make your own plug. I guess it is to save water. Anyway. These 2 experiences were bothersome. The TV didn't work in the kids room, but that's fine by me. Everything else was perfectly fine! I would book again!.
