Peaceful family run hotel. Really peaceful family-run hotel situated next to the ghost town. The owner was very welcoming and spoke great English. The hotel is only a 20 minute walk from nearby shops/restaurants and a 20 minute drive to Fethiye.
The pool and room were very nice and clean, the breakfast was also great every morning. The town Karakoy had a relaxed vibe and was a nice break from the cities nearby.. Wifi and phone network didn’t work in our room..

Poor. We stayed for 4 nights in Orino Suites hotel, notable for its quiet atmosphere which allowed for restful sleep, even with the audible minaret near by. Our main points of contact were the hotel manager — an occasionally present individual who spoke English and a young man who was consistently present but did not speak English amost at all.
Our second-floor room was broadly clean but had issues with black mold in the bathroom and a dirty spots near the bathroom mirror. Prompted by a pervasive smell of mold and sewage as well as sound from the shower of the neigbouring room we requested a room change. The manager agreed, promising to act the following day, but no subsequent action was taken by the staff. Opting to avoid further issues during our vacation, we chose not to pursue the matter further.
Breakfasts, a standard Turkish ones, were served by the young man. While satisfactory, they did not quite match the aesthetic of the photos that we found in Google reviews. First day we were provided a small pan of scrambled eggs and, upon request, Turkish coffee with milk. The next morning, we requested two scrambled egg servings using Google Translate. Toward the end of this breakfast, the manager appeared, offering coffee from a machine and asking guests about their egg preferences, which is how we learned of the option for hard-boiled eggs.
In the evenings, the young man enjoyed playing video games on mobile phone or watching football on the TV at a high volume in the yard. One evening, utterly exhausted, we requested he lower the volume, which was permeating throughout the yard.. Our final evening presented a significant issue: upon returning around 8pm, we discovered 1-2cm of water on the floor, with our suitcases already wet, we were keeping the on the floor. Using Google Translate, we requested a room change from the young man. He offered us the adjacent room, which was also partially flooded. When we pressed for a dry room, he informed us that no other clean rooms were available. Although the hotel has approximately 10-15 rooms, and we observed only three other couples. We reluctantly accepted the offered room. It had only been partially cleaned after the previous occupants, with clean linen and towels and a washed floor, but a dirty toilet and sink. Additionally, mold and a stronger sewer smell were evident. Young man mopped the floor before we moved to the new room, but in general no apology or assistance was provided, and the he promptly returned to his mobile game.
Upon check-out, we aimed to discuss these issues with the manager, but he was absent.
Additional points of concern include: the door handles produced a notable squeak, making quiet nighttime visits to the toilet nearly impossible; lack of Wi-Fi in the room due to a weak signal; a need to run the cold water for several minutes to access hot water (despite good pressure); a bathroom featuring only an overhead shower and tap; an outdated small TV. Furthermore, our room was never cleaned during our stay. On a positive note, the hotel's grounds and pool were well-maintained..

We had a very pleasant stay!. Location was nice, it really looked like in the pictures. Service was on point and friendly.. The bed could’ve been a bit more comfortable, and the first day there was no hot water. Though they fixed it the next day, and they checked in continually..

Luckily the location is lovely.. Gorgeous setting and a lovely pool. Very dirty and no staff around to help. We asked for an extra set of bed sheets and came back to our room to find some old sheets scrunched on the floor with a hole in them.
A document in our room said breakfast started at 8 but there was no one to be seen. A 9am a boy turned up but told us there was no gas to cook anything..

Perfect stay in kayaköy. Having previously stayed at another hotel in the area, I can say that this hotel is definitely one of the best in the area. The rooms are well equipped, the breakfast is great and the outdoor area is very well maintained. I would like to emphasize that the two employees who took care of everything did an excellent job! One employee takes care of the kitchen and the other serves the guests. later the outdoor area is maintained by both of them and otherwise they take care of everything. very remarkable! Without them both things would definitely not go well, respect and thanks for everything. everything’s perfect.
