Bad. The staff friendly.. there was no free air conditioner, you needed to pay for a day like 10 euros- ridiculous. You can't sleep from 5 am, as you can hear everything outside, cars, people, trucks. etc. I couldn't wash dishes, as there was no sponge or washing liquid. Also couldn't sweep the room, as there was no broom. Room doors are squeaking when closing or opening, and when going to the toilet at night everyone would wake up. The property has good potential, however, made uncomfortable stay for us..

Very awful experience overall. The location was great. My experience at Margarita Napa was absolutely dreadful! I understand the phrase “you pay for what you get” it fits right in this category. They have this “policy” where they charge you an extra 10 euros per day for each additional person you bring in the room. After thorough online examinations, NO where in the booking did it ever mention it! Honestly, why should it even matter?? if I’m booking the entire room itself?? I should be allowed to invite whoever I want! I politely tried explaining it to the blonde hair lady, despite her inability to speak or comprehend English….after trying to explain to her (nicely) she threatened to kick me out (in a very rude way) if I didn’t pay the extra unnecessary charge…. talk about “friendly service” STRAIGHT UP SCAMMERS! To make matters worse, WE ALL GOT SICK FROM THE A/C VENT.. ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!! Oh yes in fact, Ms blondy herself charged us an additional 7 euros per day in order to turn on the A/C vent. Hold on It gets even WORSE! This place is infested with ANTS!! I did witness a couple of SPIDERS on my bedside!!
EVERYONE PLEASE BEWARE!! Pay a little extra & stay someplace cleaner. Never been to a place as ratchet & more disgusting in my life! Hate rooting against businesses but I really hope this place shuts down for good to avoid any health hazards.
*This place had me coughing/spitting out mucus/runny nose for days*.
