Bad. n/a. If you are a person of colour AVOID this hotel at all costs. Me and my friend would continuously be asked by security of what rooms we stayed in despite us showing our room number cards, once we would say our room number the security would then ask us why we don’t have a wrist band , we asked the reception if we are meant to have one as we are only having breakfast at the hotel they said no even though the security was so sure we should have one on.
At breakfast the lady who worked there came up to me and my friend ONLY to ask what room we are ?????? We told reception and didn’t receive any apology of any sort, terrible customer service , save your money go elsewhere.

Stunning views, would definitely come back. The location was great but there were classes right in front of our room every morning/ afternoon so wasn’t overly relaxing. Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff.. .
