Türk vatandaşı deneyimi. Plaja dışardan insanlar geliyor. Bu detayı rezervasyon esnasında öğrenebilirdik. Özel eşyalarınızı rahatça şezlonglarda bırakamıyorsunuz. Tansiyon sorunu için bir ayran istedim vermediler.. saat 3 ü bekleyin dediler. 12 de check out yaptıktan sonra akşamki uçuşumuz için otelde beklemenize müsaade etmediler. Fakat yabancı turist arkadaşlara müsaade ettiler. Türklere ayrımcılık yapılıyor:) Gümbet eğlence merkezi, sabaha kadar gece kulübü sesleri ile konforlu geceler sizi bekliyor:) Oda kahvaltı konsept aldimistik, fakat 1 içecek jest olsun diye ikram edilmez mi :) nerede misafirperverlik ? Odalarda ciddi tozlanma vardı. Temizlik yaptık içimiz rahat etti :). .

. Upon check-in I got to my room and saw a dead cockroach right next to my bed. Anyone who would’ve glanced in could’ve seen it. I took a picture and went back to change rooms. The next room they gave me was a double bed room, which I initially booked a single bed. I informed them, and they sent some guys to “combine” the two beds into one. Overall the rooms do not look as impressive as the pictures online. I took pictures of cob webs, dirt and rust in the rooms. Definitely not worth the money spent . .

Düşünmeden gelinmeli. Çok iyi. Temizliğinden, çalışanları ve imkanlarına kadar her şey çok iyi. Yemeklerde masaya servis yapmaları müthiş fikir. Bu anlamda hem hijyen açısından hem de tasarruf açısından alkışı hakediyor. Geldik memnun kaldık ve uzattık tatilimizi. Plaj için havlu veriliyor, sıcak soğuk kahveler, dondurma, yiyeceklerin lezzeti ve tazeliği çok güzel. Animasyon ekibi düzeyli, kaliteli ve sıcakkanlı. En başa gelirsek (bizim için en önemlisi) çook temizler.. .

Hotellet är bra och mysigt! . Vi är väldigt nöjda överlag med vår vistelse på erat hotell. Bra läge, bra hotell, bra frukost. Kunde varit bekvämare sängar och kuddar. Personal som plockar disken ute vid frukost är riktigt otrevliga och hjälper endast till med hämta te/café annat till deras befolkning alltså turktalande. Det var riktigt dåligt gjort. Sedan vill jag hylla både personal i baren, glassbaren, Starbucks’s och er underhållnings personal! De var helt fantastiska! Tack för oss . .

Tatilimiz olarak gittik bu otele o yüzden her şey dahil konseptli almadık oda kahvaltı şeklinde aldık akşamları dışarda geçirmek daha mantıklı kahvaltısı güzel odalar teknoloji açısından geri kalmış kıyafet asmak için ufak bir dolap var her gün temizlenmesi güzel ama en büyük sorun deniz çok pis kumsal çok pis dışarıdan gelip giren çok fazla insan var . .

Otel dışardan genel olarak fena değil izlenimi uyandırsa da ilk andan itibaren misafirlerinin birçok yerli /yabancı uyruklu ergenler ve maalesef üzülerek yazıyorum empatiden nezaketten kaliteden uzak yerli /yabanci misafir ağırlıyor ve veya tercih edilmesi sebepli tekrar bizim misafir olarak tercih etmeme sebebimiz.Birçok Personel çok amatör. kalifiye personel nerdeyse yoktu .Profesyonellikten çok uzak ve kotu bir otel deneyimi oldu ..Yemek çeşitliliği cok yetersiz ve sunulan ürünler maalesef çok düşük kalitedeydi ..Otelin yanında bulunan beach Club Bangir bangir sabahlara kadar muzigi kesmiyor ve uyku problemi oluyor odalarda plaja yakın oda da uzak oda da olsa..Resepsiyonist nazik görevli (ikidir max)ve house keeping deki arkadaş yardımcı oldular da onlar sayesinde daha katlanilabilir oldu.Consept güzel odalar concept fena düşünülmemiş ama içerik sınıfta kaldı maalesef . .

. The hotel does not live up to its 5-star rating, especially when it comes to the rooms. We were first given a room that was extremely damp — the beds were humid and the overall smell was unbearable. After complaining, we were moved to another room, which was slightly better but still had moisture issues, especially on the ceiling of the toilet. The ventilation was poor, and the room layout clearly contributes to the humidity problem — small space and poorly placed water points. There was no proper chair, just a small stool, and the minibar was oddly placed inside the wardrobe, leaving little space for clothes. Storage overall was lacking. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room twice, and when we complained the first time, they insisted it was not possible. The staff was friendly, but for a 5-star hotel, the level of service should be higher. We ended up changing hotels before our check-out date and could immediately see the difference in what a real 5-star experience should be. The setting of the hotel is nice, with a small private beach. The area around the hotel is very lively, with lots of bars and clubs — the music didn’t bother me at all, but it’s something to consider if you’re looking for a very quiet place. I wouldn’t completely discourage people from staying here, but it could do much better for a 5-star hotel. If you care about beautiful, comfortable, and clean rooms — avoid it. But if you just need a place to sleep and aren’t too picky, it might work for you. . .

Not very good . My Holliday was ok but not very perfect. At the office they are not very kind and they are not understanding too much English. Then for the activities, the personal are more behind their phone than organize activities … just 2 per day. About the bar and the food everything was really good and the personal was very sympathetic as well! About the room, they forgot 2 times to clean my room (during a week ) and it s not really clean, they forgot to put ( 3 times ) paper and shower gel. They try to be a 5 stars but it s maximum a 2 stars.. .
