Welcoming 2025. -The layout of the room is excellent. We have things for all our things, all within our reach and sight.
-The while hotel is also very clean
-The breakfast buffet selection is also good and mindful for guests. The restaurant manager Jewel is friendly and accommodating.. -the hotel decor could use a bit more especially for the Christmas / New Year celebration. It helps sets the holiday mood . The building itself has a very luxurious look outside. The lobby could look and decor could look better.
-not all staff were informed of the fireworks display in front of the hotel. The reception could have informed all the guests about it. We've meet a family who are also staying on the 1st floor who regretted missing the fireworks show because they didn't know about it and no one informed them. We got the information from Mr. Jewel and from Google..

Good. Excellent value for money. Good location and easy access if you are coming on Sh. Mohamed Bin Zayed Road from Dubai or Sharjah .. The carpet has some stains.

Location and Comfort. The location was ideal as it's across the road to Ajman City Center, and it's very close to Ajman Uni, where my daughter studies. The hotel was super clean the room was spacious and the staff was super friendly and very helpful.. many thanks go to the reception staff for their support and making our stay comfortable.. a special thanks goes to Mr. Basheer for his care. Nothing to mention..
