Great stay!. It was the first time travel for our toddler and the stay at the hotel was an enjoyable one!
We particular valued the special attention given to our little one by the hotel staff. A special note of appreciation to Donna and Rose for always making sure that we never lacked anything! Words of appreciation also go to Imran and Ajith for their help and support throughout!

Very beautifel hotel. I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City. The hotel is very clean, modern, and perfectly located with easy access to Festival City Mall. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained.
Breakfast at Sirocco was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit all tastes. The quality of food and service really stood out.
A special thank you to Ashish from the staff for his outstanding hospitality—he was very professional, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Suitable if the prices are reasonable. The location is excellent, and the rooms are quiet. The cleaning services are average; I been out at 9:00 AM and returned at 3:00 PM, and the rooms weren't cleaned until I asked the staff. Bathroom amenities like brushes and some accessories were missing, and the handwashing sink was clogged. The price is extremely, extremely, extremely expensive.. .

Horrrible experience. They were totally understaffed.
For two days they didn’t fill up the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the bathroom.
We were not even provided enough towels .
My past experiences have been good but this time it was very bad service . The supervisor and reception staff were not interested to listen to the complaints and least bothered and purposely ignoring.. .
