Best Stay Ever. All dat the that our stay was amazing.. in the breakfast restaurant staff is all attentive.. the security staff are great and best... very helpfu friendly and also you will feel that your on your home due to the safety feeling that they give with us...... .

Highly recommend holiday inn Al Barsha. Highly recommend this hotel we stayed from the 18th to the 26th of February to celebrate my daughters birthday the staff are brilliant very friendly and helpful a special thanks to Vilma she is absolutely amazing a true asset to the hotel she went above & beyond even sent a birthday cake to the room for my daughter qoth a message and is super friendly. Good choice of breakfast catering for everyone's needs. Great location closeby to public transport links emirates mall, insurance market and there is a bus stop opposite the hotel. Plenty of food choices nearby walking distance and supermarkets. A short taxi ride to the airport roughly 20/25mins, pool is good and also have a sauna and steam room terrace area/bar is really nice. Would definetly stay here again we had a very pleasant stay and a great time.. .

. We had booked for three adults but had to remind almost everyday for the equipping the room (for towels, water bottles, etc.) for three persons. Wait of nearly five minutes for hot water to start flowing in bathroom. No cricket channel on TV.. .

Amazing staff and excellent service. I always choose this hotel due to their excellent service and fabulous staff, special thanks to the duty managers elvin and khalid who are always there to assist. They are always great, and paying attention to details especially the guest special requests and preferences. Thank you for the whole front desk staff which are always having a smiley face and courteous.. .

A well-spent New Year holiday in Dubai!. We spent a week in this hotel during the New Year holidays of 2024, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the hospitality this hotel has showed to us as their guests. The hotel’s location was great too! It’s very near the Mall of Emirates, the Metro and other business shops. Our room was cleaned everyday even if we don’t request for it, which is really nice! Breakfast was also good, a combination of ABF and Indian food (I guess). Special mention to one of their hotel front desk (Alberto), Miriam from the dining and their housekeeping for being so kind, helpful and maintaining their professionalism at all times..lovely people indeed! Overall, we have enjoyed Dubai and would definitely come back for another vacation! Thanks so much Holiday Inn Al Barsha, u made our stay extra memorable!. .

. This is the first time I stayed in Holiday Inn although I have stayed in the area before in other hotels. The overall ambience of the property, facilities, convenient location and access to metro stations makes it highly desirable. I would like to call out Mr. Khurram from the reception and check-in area. He was very professional in making sure my check-in was smooth and I observed him interacting with other patrons as well. I hope to stay here again with my family in the future. .
