It's a nice and comfortable hotel with good location and friendly staff. I will stay here again. It has a great central location, friendly staff, a lovely small balcony with the creek and the centre views, good breakfast, good size and comfortable room. One of the nights I had a problem in my room, the manager and the staff immediately responded and changed my room to an upgrade.. Due to an unforeseen situation, I missed my flight from Saudi Arabia and could not get to the hotel on the first night. I sent an email and a message to the hotel early in the afternoon that I would not be able to come to the hotel on the first night and asked if they could possibly reschedule my booking. My message was ignored, and no response was received..
