A bit tired but great staff. Just arrived back from a 5 night stay in Dubai. The hotel is lovely but needs a bit of TLC! The furniture in our room; 4404; was very tired and some pieces were broken, such as the drawers on the bedside table. There were some stains on the carpet too. The shower was an over bath shower which wouldn't have been accessible to anyone with mobility problems. The screen was not big enough and the seal was eroded! Which caused the bathroom floor to become soaked which was hazardous. The shower itself had good pressure, which was much needed after being out in the Dubai heat for the day! The bed was really comfortable with great pillows and duvet, so we did have a comfortable night's sleep! Sadly interrupted by a noisy neighbour! Not very soundproofed rooms!We did have some room problems on the first day! We had emailed ahead asking; if it was possible; if we could have a higher floor room. We were put in a higher room but it wasn't a corner room like we'd paid for and it wasn't that nice either! Very dark and dingy! We spoke to reception who informed us that they didn't have corner rooms up higher! So they'd given us a normal room which was apparently an upgrade! We beg to differ! We did point out that we had paid for a corner room and we could not be expected to know that the hotel didn't have high up corner rooms! We did get moved to another room which was much brighter, though still not a corner room as they didn't have non smoking corner rooms above the 21st floor! Again something we wouldn't have known. We accepted the room though as it was a lot nicer than the first room. On a positive note the staff were all helpful, polite and attentive, we could not fault them, a real credit to the hotel. We stayed bed and breakfast but probably wouldn't have if we'd known what was available! In our opinion many of the dishes offered were strange breakfast choices! But all countries have different ideas on breakfast food to be fair! The hotel lifts could be frustrating at times, taking ages to arrive and then stopping at multiple floors en route! It probably would be a good idea maybe to have ½ the lifts going up and ½ going down! The hotel is ideally placed, it's close to the metro, which you'll need to go through to cross the road! And there are lots of coffee shops and eateries close by. In general the hotel could do with a bit of a refurb but it's a lovely hotel with fabulous staff and we did enjoy our stay. We would return to this hotel if it had a bit of an update! It's just a bit tired and outdated sadly.. .

Very nice hotel to stay!. Close to nearby stores. Close to metrostation. Staff were very accomodating. Rooms were very clean. Shout out to Judy who made our bed extra special on my wifes' birthday!. .

One of the best hotel in dubai. Great hotel ,great staff specially Walid khaled the housekeeping attendant he is very attentive ,knowledgeable with his job and friendly.thank you for the great customer service I hope to come back again soon.. .

Amazing 1-Night Stay with Stunning Burj Khalifa View. I stayed for one night and had a wonderful experience. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Special thanks to Dani at reception for the excellent service and warm hospitality. The highlight of my stay was the amazing room view of the Burj Khalifa – absolutely stunning, especially at night. The room was clean, well-prepared, and everything was arranged perfectly for a short stay. Even though it was just one night, I truly enjoyed it and would be happy to return. Highly recommended!. .

It was an amazing stay, i would mostly be grateful for having such an amazing service from Mr. Islam. Our stay was truly wonderful, mainly because of Islam. He is a polite, respectful, and professional person who always treated us with kindness. He went above and beyond to make our family happy and made our experience unforgettable. You are lucky to have such a dedicated person on your team. His team was also hardworking and supportive, which added to the quality of our stay. Thanks to Islam and his team, our time here was truly enjoyable. We wish him and the hotel continued success.. .

Thank you Dani Mousa for best comfortable stay. Best stay at the hotel with the family. I like to quote my 4 year old when he said perfecto! I am in gratitude to Mr. DANI MOUSA for his amazing service and support. The suite was top notch with the best service and amenities. The service from Dani and his attitude especially that we checked in late are the things that makes us come back again.. .

Rotana Never Disappoints!". I stayed at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana in Dubai from September 6th to 9th, 2025, during a vacation trip, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the friendly and professional staff—they were always courteous, helpful, and made sure all our needs were met efficiently. The location is also quite convenient, with easy access to major attractions and public transport. Overall, I would definitely recommend Rose Rayhaan by Rotana to anyone visiting Dubai. It offers great service, comfort, and value for money.. .

Excellent!. I recomend this hotel to everyone:) Everything was perfect, we were there for a week and we just came back. Service and people were really profesional everybody wanted to help with everything, they were always smiling and they were always kind. I truly recomend this hotel . .
