A Dream Stay. We stayed for 2 nights and hotel and service was great. We met Jitesh and he gave our daughter a camel which she loved and took a picture with him everywhere as Jitesh told her to.
There was also a waiter at the restaurant who was lovely. Sorry I forgot his name. He was a tall Indian guy who used work in planes.
Great stay. Will be back.. .

Excellent Experience. This review is long overdue. Shawoi, Hasan, and Kabir were so helpful and kind. Service was incredible. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The fountain view from the rooms is fantastic. The location is extremely convenient to go to Dubai Mall. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are interested in staying downtown!. .
