It's was a horrible night for me in the hotel.. There a QR code in the living room to scan and access the menu, I scan it but the like was down, so i decided to call the Room Service. I call many times to Room Service no one answer the call. I called Guest Relations/Service, they pass me house keeping number to call them, called housekeeping they told me it's not related to us call the room service. I call guest Relations/Service again to complain why I have been treated like a football from one staff of other staff, they assure me that someone from room service will call to assist. Finally I got a call from Room Service I told them QR code link is down and I want to see the menu to order, but did not received a satisfactory answer and order the food from outside restaurant. I was more shocked that after long time even i finish my food a hotel staff came with same QR code scanned page to my room and told him this link is down, i show him in my mobile.. It's was a horrible night for me in the hotel, Pool side party was going on and it was a new year night so after the fireworks I slept around 1:30 to 2:00 am mid night. after some time may be around 4 to 4:30am. I felt some movement or some one enter in my room, I got shocked when I saw a hotel staff in my room by saying as per our record guest is checkout from room and he left the room quickly. This was a shock for me I quickly call the reception to check what's happening how come a staff enter in the room without permission while I was sleeping. The reception staff was having no clear answer and he said someone called the hotel to checkout the room, I asked him who call you, do you have the number of that person, how can someone call and advise the hotel to checkout my room. No clear answer, which make me feel scarry and unsafe in the hotel. I quickly put the manual lock and was unable to sleep after that, around 6:45 to 7:00 am, I went for Breakfast and left the hotel. Although the supervisor staff during check out apologize to me for that happened during the night but It was really a horrible night for me..

Very good. Spacious rooms, room service perfect and food superb, housekeeping perfect 👌. Old furniture, carpets.

Hotel is good but bit old stuffs and location and is excellent but some of the staffs are terrible. Breakfast was excellent. Room okay. The check out was terrific. The staff (Mr. Ram) asked to wait to till check the room and I had to wait 15-20mts to get clearance from staff. It was terrible and I don’t understand why they need to check the room while check out as nothing is in room( fridge empty). He was treating as I loot something from their property. Feel sad.

Very good. Good sized Room with Balcony. Breakfast with reasonable options. Limited lifts and sometimes you have to wait but it’s manageable as it’s not a very tall tower.

Very good. We lived in a 3 bedroom suite which was in a very good condition.. .
