Good service. I visit Dubai along with team and we came for lunch in Senses Restaurant.. food is really amazing and good we enjoyed over there Also I meet To priyesh he is very helpful person and provide Good service ... there lots of option in food veg non veg thnx mercure. .

One of the best hotel in the vicinity and easy access all sort of needs.. Very affordable hotel and very helpful staff. My ALL booking got cancelled for some reason, but Mr. Adel helped me to make a new booking on the spot and provided me a room of my choice at lightning pace. Exceptional customer service I would say and all the staff are wonderful and polite to the guests. Will be booking my further business trips here. The room service staff Mr. Priyesh (Day Duty Staff) and Mr. Chanpreet (Night Duty Staff) both did exceptional job, kudos to the team at the restaurant. TAT from order to Delivery is really good and you need care if your order is on the way or not, it's utmost taken care and very professionally. The Housekeeping staff Mr. Tahir, made sure my room was cleaned thoroughly and with atmost details the room was kept in a pristine condition. Thank you all for making my stay memorable, much appreciated.. .

Great place and location. It a great hotel with welcoming staff and the pool in open Till 8 pm. So had a great time. Shaudujaman was very friendly when we went to pool. We have stayed in 432 number. Good place to stay.. .

Dubai stay. Had a great time at the Mercure in Dubai, Ravi was great and very helpful. The gym was super convenient and the place was very clean, staff were very friendly and super helpful. Would definitely come back. .

Relaxing pool, excellent for relaxation.. Kust spent the day lounging by the pool and it was absolute perfection! The water was crystal clear, the sun loungers were comfy, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely recommend for a relaxing day out. 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give it 10 stars if I could! Thanks to Ravi for the excellent help.. .

Good experience. Excellent Stay – Special Thanks to Lifeguard Ravi and the Wonderful Staff! I had a great experience staying at Mercure Gold Hotel Al Mina Road. In room numbe 141 The hospitality was truly impressive, and the entire staff made sure everything was smooth and comfortable during my visit. A special mention goes to Lifeguard Ravi – he was extremely attentive, polite, and professional at the pool. He always ensured guest safety while maintaining a very friendly attitude. It was clear he takes pride in his work, and he definitely added to the overall positive experience at the hotel. All the staff members were courteous and helpful – from the reception team to housekeeping and restaurant staff. Everyone was welcoming, and service was always provided with a smile. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers good value for the price. Location is great – close to major attractions and convenient access to transport. Highly recommended, especially for those who appreciate good service and a relaxing stay. Will definitely come back!. .

Superb attention for guest. ❤️. I stayed at Mercure Hotel on July 31 and had a truly wonderful experience( Room no 440, Im From Sri lanka ). From the moment I arrived, the front house reception team gave me a warm welcome and excellent service. Their kindness, attention to detail, and professionalism made me feel right at home. They were always ready to assist with a smile, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also want to give special thanks to the swimming pool lifeguard team – Ravi and Pushpa. They were very attentive, friendly, and made sure everyone at the pool felt safe and comfortable. Their positive attitude and dedication really stood out. Thank you to the entire team at Mercure Hotel for such a pleasant and memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again!. .

Excellent. Really enjoyed clean pool and ravi was super helpful and was maintaining standards all the time . Ravi did ask us time to time if he can do anything to make us comfortable and was making sire kids were in a prescribed water limit. .
