Facility was very well designed and really luxurious. The room we had was beside the kitchen and air conditioning units so the noise overnight was horrendous.

Lovely week in lovely hotel with the most amazing food I’ve eaten in an all inclusive hotel. Staff were among the best I. We’ll set out, not too many rooms. Nice pool and bar areas. Looking a little tired in places, but the refurb will address this..

Exceptional. The hotel staff and manager gave the best service i have ever got. The rooms were clean and very big, the hotel was beautifull and tidy. The pisco restaraunt of the hotel was amazing and a wonderfull experience of the 10 dishes meal. The staff helped us a lot with everything we need, recommended the best places to visit and helped us with taxies and restaraunt reservations. We really enjoyed and it is highly recommened.

A clean resort but lacking atmosphere and represented faulty towers operationally. Would not return.. -95% of the staff were very polite and attentive. It only seems management and how they run the place is the issue.
-Food selection was generally very good (just not always available for the whole time slot).
-Pools were clean.. -First impressions - disappointing due to kids running around the reception. We never understood why, but combined with old signage for "kiddies pool" put doubt in our mind as to whether we were actually in an adult only resort.
-One morning the restaurant smelt of sick, after a guest had vomitted the night before in the bar with it not being cleaned well by staff.
-Lack of policing for "sunbed wars". King Jason has a policy, but seemingly did nothing to enforce.
-I tried to organise a welcome/ arrival treat for my wife and I, even offering to pay extra. After being assured the resort would take care of it, we had nothing out of the ordinary to other guests.
-Key cards for the room failed on average twice a day, despite following strictly the guidelines of not keeping it by any phones.
-Absolutely no music around any of the pool sides. This had a real impact on atmosphere where it just felt like guests were waiting for something to happen.. Talking with others it seemed a general agreement of how disappointing it was.
-Most staff were very polite and attentive, however so attentive that on many occasions our plates were taken in the restaurant before we've even finished our mouthful.
-Dinner is advertised as until 9pm each evening, however you need to go before 8:30pm. On one occasion we went at 8:20pm and only made it through our starter as many of the main meals were not finished and not topped up.
-One evening you can have an a la carte menu in the "Pisco" restaurant. The food here was lovely, but unfortunately we witnessed a fight between the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the open air kitchen. I had to personally get involved with our waiter to break up the fight after the Head Chef punched his colleague. Management offered nothing to apologise.
-The poolside cleaner didn't care about spraying us or our bags with the hose in the mornings.
-On the last day, clean towels were not available for showering before a later flight..

Outdated hotel, good location. Good location. The hotel felt quite outdated and did not resemble the images presented online. Our room was worn down, with peeling walls and mold in the shower, which was disappointing given the high price we paid. However, I must say that the staff were wonderful and very welcoming, making our stay a bit more pleasant despite the issues with the accommodation..
