Last time.... Just this area.... Everything, 1st the breakfast was dirty he puts other people's leftover food back into the canteen dishes, incredible!!!
2nd The rooms are very poorly insulated, with music noise all night long from the pub downstairs until around 1 a.m. not to mention the sheets, where you can find hair on and under the cushions...
3rd access to the pool is horrible, nothing like the photos on the website, it was probably the day the hotel opened, not to mention the huge cockroaches, squashed or dead, around the pool, anyway...
At the end, not to mention the power cuts from early evening until the next day and which come back several times, no air conditioning, no lights, no way to charge our phones etc. It's crazy in 2025...first and last time....

. I was given a room with faulty Aircon,, not working properly or even at all....let me mention it was during a massive heatwave and wildfires in the area, reaching 50° Celsius!
The smell from drainage pipes was disgusting....
There supposed to be coffee machine and bath robes , sadly it wasn't there . When I asked guy at the reception he said housekeeping is not there.
It supposed to be a hotel and spa, when I asked to use spa I was told it's not open, sadly there was no mentioning of this upon our check in
Mattress was awful, balcony door handle was broken and fell off !
City view was a next building wall with massive air con fans . . .
