They are very rude ,they made to wait me for an hour that they didn't received details of booking and they keep on says no id reflecting in their computer and finally after an hour they gave me room card,they didn't bother about anything,no person for luggage ,they didn't showed rooms ,they are telling to leave rudely and cards are not working properly,hotel staff is very very rude .Treating Indians as a garbage especially a person at night time receptionist don't know his name but very rude behaviour.came to hotel at 9 pm checked in at 10.30 no dinner at all ..
