Good. Location and facilities. A good choice of independent restaurants. We always enjoy Maine St seafood restaurant which we used often when we lived in Dubai.. Room service was always a bit hit and miss. Do not like glass doors on the lavatory. Even couples want privacy..

Good value for money. Great value for money and very trendy hotel. One bedroom apartment is a good size. - The Sofa bed was very uncomfortable for an adult and the hotel refused to provide an extra bed mattress (that was chargeable extra)

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Studio One and look forward to our return. Breakfast and dining was great. Quality of food and choice was excellent. Location is absolutely fine. Taxi journeys are to be expected in Dubai. Nothing of note.
