. The good things; the property is pretty beautiful, views are great, rooms are really lovely and all restaurants in the hotel are really high standard.
The areas that we found jarring (given 5 star rating); the service is mixed - some really great people, some folks are pretty unresponsive/unhelpful. While the property is stunning, there are improvements ongoing (eg we found 7 loose tiles in baby pool).
Overall I would recommend a visit, if you are keen to see the area/stay in a nice hotel. . .
