I recently had my fifth stay at Orka Hotel, and I must say, the experience was a mixed bag.. On the positive side, the location and view are absolutely amazing. The hotel is situated in a picturesque area that offers breathtaking scenery, making it a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The breakfast served each morning was also quite good, with a nice variety of options to choose from, and I enjoyed my time at the spa, which provided a great way to unwind.. However, there were significant downsides that overshadowed my overall experience. Unfortunately, the staff appeared to be poorly trained and struggled with basic English communication, which made interactions frustrating at times. Additionally, the response rate to guest complaints was disappointingly slow. For instance, I had an issue with the air conditioning in my room that took five days to resolve. This lack of prompt attention to guest concerns is not what I expected, especially as a returning guest..

Gorgeous location overlooking all of Hisaronu.
Great access to taxis by the button next to the reception and only 5 minutes from Hisaronu, and 15 from Oludeniz. Perfect location and will definitely be coming back! Loved that we got free access to the Orka Waterpark which was a fun day out, nice little perk!. We only had a couple of little issues like the upstairs floor wasn’t swept by the cleaners much, if at all, and the light in the upstairs shower didn’t work. The lamp shades were wobbly but I think it was due to be checked over as it was so close to the end of the season when we went. All of these didn’t dampen the holiday at all, we had an incredible time..

Overall, my stay was good. Next time I would choose a hotel closer to the town as most of my money went to taxis.. The property is stunning with beautiful views. My room had 3 floors and a jacuzzi which was really nice.. There are no shops nearby. The town is a 10 minute drive away. The rooms are beautiful but not throughly clean..
