Passable. The location, and the Ackira Back’s Reataurant was excellent. The room was smaller than I booked. The equipment was incomplete. For third person were nothing (linen, towels). When we asked, we received a very low quality blanket without cover. There were not hair dryer, ironing in the room. The staff on the beach and at breakfast are unskilled and overworked. We had to wait a long time for everything. I expected more in a W Hotel for so much money..

Exceptional. buffet breakfast, easy taxi service, nice facilities. We didn't check in untill almost 5pm as our room wasn't ready. We kept asking for an update and were not getting much from the hotel staff. We stayed in the lobby for hours waiting for an update. Eventully, we did get upgraded to a bigger room, however it was still an inconvinience and got our holiday off to a negative start..

Fabulous place. Great service and excellent staff across the breakfast area, the cleaning personnel and the Valet staff were so friendly and welcoming.. Nice of there are more options in the menu for restaurants in the hotel for lunch or dinner.

Staff were excellent, couldn’t fault them atall. Made our stay wonderful. Even put balloons and cake in our room for our. The property was stunning and great location. Short drive from the malls and right on the beach. .
