Good. Overall, the room was very clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the coffee was excellent.. The room felt a bit gloomy, and the internet connection was poor—despite mentioning it to the staff multiple times, it didn’t improve. I ended up using my 5G hotspot instead..

Excellent staff, wonderful rooms, fantastic location at the Centro Barsha.. The staff at the Centro Barsha were very accommodating and helpful. They are also incredibly polite. It was nice to be greeted in the lobby or anytime a staff member passed by. Asura, Ali, Rizki, and Dhjmane were particularly helpful, as well as many other staff members whose names I unfortunately can not recall. The facilities were very clean and smelled great! If any issue arises, they do their best to resolve it quickly and efficiently. The inner rooms don't get as much lighting as the outer rooms, so it can get a little dark, but either way, that ended up not being much of an issue. The location is also fantastic, with the Mall of the Emirates nearby as well as two metro stations. There are also a great number of restaurants in the area that we were spoiled for choice! It was also easy to schedule exploration opportunities as they have a desk to help guests schedule tours and other fun activities, and they also help with taxi scheduling. We needed a big car at 5AM to take us to the airport, and the staff member by the front helped us schedule a ride without issue. I would definitely stay here with my family again!. .
