Excellent hotel in Dubai Marina. Hotel was excellent selection that we made. Clean room, frendly staff. The best communication we had with lady receptionist Nikolina. Very friendly person and great a professional in her job.
She gave us great instruction and tips about the place and city. Room was everyday clean and tidy. Breakfast was also nice, for everybody something.
Very close by tho Metro DMCC station (less then 3 min walk). Nothing to dislike.

This was my third stay and will always stay with them.. The location is so close to the beach, less than 10 mints walking. near metro, reception very friendly and helpful, and wonderful breakfast.. Nothing,.

Superb. Would highly recommend this hotel, location is great with metro station close by. Breakfast was good with plenty of options available. Uber drivers always close. All staff were very friendly.
The Coffee from Risen Cafe was amazing
After our long haul flight we arrived at the hotel around 11am and were able to check in early (at an additional cost).
We had a issue with noisy neighbour's and the hotel were very accommodating and moved us to a new room immediately. Room with the interconnecting doors, no soundproofing at all. It felt like the people in the adjoining room were in the room with us..

Highly recommend! Will stay at this hotel again!. Located in a great area. The area had good vibes/atmosphere.
Lovely staff at reception, baggage handlers and house keeping staff.
2 mins walk to the metro station.
Housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning the room everyday. It was a nice touch to have water in the room everyday.

We were in room 403 so had good window view facing the Sheikh Zayed road.
Adequate storage space. There was nothing.

Great hotel in good location. The staff were incredibly friendly! Good location and really clean and comfortable.. The bathroom is a little tired and small shower. Large wardrobe but not many shelves, hangers or drawers in the room so made unpacking impossible.
