Great location, budget hotel with nice breakfast, don’t expect a lot.. The location is awesome, in front of Sheraton hotel, a few minutes walk from the beach and Batumi Boulevard. AC is great. Breakfast is variable and at a nice cafe.. The rooms are very small, walls and floor need maintenance.
Staff are not available and receptionist are not helpful except for Saba and the house keeping lady. The hotel barely deserves 3 stars and the pictures don’t reflect the truth..
