Staff members are very helpful.. This hotel has always been my first destination whenever I visited Dubai. For years, it was a place I trusted for its comfort, elegance, and excellent service. However, after a five-year hiatus from the city, I returned with high expectations, only to find that time has not been kind to this once-great establishment.
The facilities now feel outdated, with broken tiles and rusty window handles detracting from the overall experience. The bathrooms are still functional but stuck in an old style that feels far from modern standards. The lifts are shakey and leave you questioning their safety.
It’s disheartening to see such a decline, as this hotel once held a special place in my travel memories. While the staff remains courteous and helpful, it’s clear that the property needs renovations to restore its former glory.
I hope the management invests in upgrading the facilities soon, as this hotel has the potential to shine again. Until then, I might look for other options in Dubai that align better with the standards of a modern traveler..

It was a very nice stay .. Didn’t have breakfast, but ordered dinner and it was very good.. I didn’t like being so cold . I asked for the thermostat to be turned off, but it came back on and it was uncomfortably cold..
