Superb. Great staff, very helpful, welcoming and accommodating. Great location for metro. Loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.. We only had 2 towels, perhaps too few for a property hotel accommodation..

Not worth 4 stars, I would give it 2 stars.. We have always liked the Ramada by Wyndham Ajman and booked this one with the same expectations. Unfortunately, we have been disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel. We booked two rooms for 4, but were given one suite with 4 beds, two of them were the guest folding beds with stained, unwashed brown blankets and extremely uncomfortable mattresses for our children to sleep on.. The cleanliness, beds, toilets and breakfast and how cramped the restaurant is..

Unhappy with not given the right room, carpet dirty with stains and rooms/floor stank of cigarettes!. Location was ok.. I booked a queen room, large bed... I checked in and was given a room with 2 single beds with no compensation.. ROOMS ARE NOT LIKE THE PHOTOS... PHOTOS ARE OLD AND PHOTOSHOPPED! My rooms stank of smoke and so did the whole floor!!!.

Very poor. We only like the service of Sahil and Chandra. Sahil was able to relocate our room from mezzanine, which was scary, old, and unpleasant. He was really good in assisting us. Chandra was able to approve our late check-out request since we arrived late for check in.. Facilities is very old and unpleasant. Need a renovation..

It was pretty good.. The rooms were decent, the staff was responsive, and the location was very central. Metro station was right next to the hotel, and the airport was a 15 mins drive away.. The key cards were unpredictable, would sometimes work and sometimes wouldn’t. Also, the parking was situated at the back, and nobody was present at the hotel door to guide us so it took us quite an effort to figure it out..
