Good. Naomi the receptionist is very kind and nice. She made us feel at home.. The breakfast wasn’t really great it was just average . The hotel can improve on the breakfast options. Jayavel at the reception is racist , if you are black he doesn’t serve you , he will only serve you after serving the white people despite being in front of the queue. At least that’s what he did to us and even my 6 year old noticed the racism 😭. I was 💔. The concierge guy saw it to and even tried to explain to him but he ddnt listen..

Amazing place for solo travelers. The staff was truly amazing, during my stays all of my requirement were satisfied and everything that I asked were done in a minute. Amazed by staff’s friendliness. Better if you add any streaming services on tv.

Very good. Every single thing that I expected from this trip I got it in Golden Tulip Media Hotel. So give my best to them for their dedication and professionalism.. They were not accommodating enough with their hotel departure two extra hours extension time and they had to pack us up all in one room which made us very hectic and very stressed.
