“Sea view” rooms are views of big trees blocking the view of the actual sea. They advertised and charged us for a “sea view” room knowing that there are huge trees blocking and you can’t actually see the sea. When I brought it up the staff was not helpful or friendly. They said they were full, could not change our room, could not help it if the trees grew, could not do anything about it, etc and never offered to change the cost to a regular room since we did not actually have a “sea view”. B. .

Family holiday but definantly wont be returning to limasol. As we always say there is positive and negative things to say and i would like to start from positive Our room number was 605 can not realy fault the room large room and bathrom with plenty walking space back door was opening to your privite terace with sunbed and umbrella in place so our room was 5 star but i heard from other people their room wasnt nice is ours also air con and safe were free of charge The pool area is quiet with plenty sunbeds available anytime of the day some times when the kids camp return can be little loud but over all good hotel has a beach that u can go bit rocky and no sun beds if u want sunbedd u need to walk about 2-3 houndred yard to hire them they coast €2.5 i am afraid this is all the positive things couple negative things to highlight This hotel was a home to scholl kids or scholl camp or something along come food time they would all appear once they had their dinner they would go to do their activities and they return at the end of the day and that is the time can be little noise but you can deal with We were B&B breakfast is very basic and repetitive and we also strugulled to find somewhere outside the hotel to eat so your outside restaurant are realy limited i think in total 4 or 5 place you can go by walk to get something to eat restaurant by the neighboring beach where u hire sun bed was nice We been told we should take a bus to limmasol and we did [note we went to bus stop and were the first people there while waiting for bus lots a local also arrived but when bus turned up they all rushed in then driver said enough and wouldnt let us the the bus because it was rammed so warning british people dont expect anyone to queey same in hotel restaurants as well Anyway limasol town centre was dissapointment few luxery place by marina we ended up hiring a car and drive around the island as nothing to do around limasol or hotel i think swimming pool only cleaned once because hotel close the beach people cames from the beach doesnt shower and jums into the pool you can easily see bottom of the pool is fully sand Very very few british in this hotel we stayed 11 days and counted 8 british people Unfortunatly i wont be returning to limasol again paphos 1 hour away looks more lively and there s place you can go and eat 😄. .

Loving it so far…. Well I read some reviews before I came and they were totally misleading. I love this place. Very friendly people running the establishment. We are B&B but they do cater for All inclusive. I have not much bad to report. A few bits of TLC needed but I guess after a big storm and end of season this may be why some bits need attention. Food is fabulous we ordered off the menu. The ladies and gents working here are helpful and in good spirits. My only negative would be to please switch out the Pepsi and get coke 😂 my room has been cleaned every day to a high standard. 3 star but a bit more invested outdoors would definitely make it 4. Day 3 of 6 and I’m very happy.. .

Good location clean room. Staff were very helpful. Room had no tea /coffee facilities no kettle.

Exceptional. It was a nice clean room with sea view, staff is very friendly, cats are around hotel as well friendly. Breakfast was included, and the location was amazing.. Neighbors were very noisy at late night. It was once.

Not catered for English . Not a bad hotel but no management to control groups shouting and screaming and food poor and cold. Every breakfast is the same. Stale bread hard fried eggs you may as well have boiled. Watery orange juice. The only change is hash browns for sweetcorn. Is this a European thing? Asked for bananas this morning. They're like something out of a bin. .

Very good. It was a pretty decent stay! Nothing special or extraordinary but fair. Location was good too! The breakfast was just right and the special request we gad were more than completed:) Overall a decent place.. .

Very good. The location was good. On the beach front. Staff friendly.. The beds were not comfortable. The gap from the basin to get into the shower was very tight making it difficult to manoeuvre..
