. 5 minutes walk to beach, only complaint is my fault,,kinda,,my plane was delayed 1 day arriving i ask to change reservations delay 1 day, they did not, i had to pay for another day, it is on there page ,no refunds, so they did nothing wrong, but it would of been nice to just move my stay checkin/out 1 day later and not have to pay for extra day . .

. Sadly there were building works going on outside opposite the hotel which started early hours which breaks your sleep ..

Great location and value. I loved the location of this hotel, it’s roughly a five minute walk from Kite beach, and its easy to navigate around Dubai from this area.
The staff were very accommodating and helpful, they made our early check in a smooth experience. I found our room to be very clean and well taken care of. I would stay here again.. .

. I booked this hotel online by accident and when I tried to cancel the reservation within 15 minutes of booking it, they told me that it was a nonrefundable room. So I stayed there. I was under the distinct impression that I had booked a room with breakfast included, but they told me that I had not. The breakfast did not look all that great, though. The room was dirty. I did not sleep well and I wish I had stayed at the Marriott instead. . .
