Kesinlikle gelmek isteyeceğim bir otel :). Gerçekten beklentimin çok üzerinde karşılandık herkes çok kibardı. Odalar temizdi ve düzenli olarak temizlik yapılıyor. Ses konusunda şehir merkezinde olmasına rağmen aşırı sessizdi araba ile gelen kişiler için arka tarafta sanırım belediyeye ait ücretli otopark mevcut çarşı içerisinde olduğu için yemek ve bir çok yere yürüme mesafesinde olması çok iyi fiyatlar genel olarak bir çok tatil beldesine göre uygun denizi çok güzel ancak deniz ayakkabısı giyilmesini tavsiye ederim. Genel olarak huzurlu bir tatil ister taksi ister minibüs kullanabilirsiniz. Otelin arka sokağında bir taksi durağı var kısa mesafede bile istediğiniz yere götürüyorlar. Ve makul fiyatlarda. Fethiye tatilimizi güzelleştiren Mara Palace otel çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ederiz.. .

. Had to make a complaint due to dangerous stairs and my friend having a fall.We reported it to a girl who said she would advisecthe manager but nobody ever acknowledged the problem.
2 mornings the coffee machine wasnt working at breakfast.
We expexted some kind of contact with the manager regarding the da getous stairs.

Vreselijk . We kregen een kamer niet zoals op de afbeeldingen. Kamer was vies en stonk enorm naar rook. Je kijkt uit op een bouwput. Vrouw achter de receptie is enorm onaardig. De jongens achter de receptie probeerde het nog op te lossen. De dag erna zouden we een andere kamer krijgen. ‘s Ochtends konden we onze koffers bij de receptie zetten die zouden naar onze kamer gebracht worden. Toen we ‘s avonds terug kwamen stonden onze koffers er nog. De man achter de receptie wees ons naar onze oude kamer. Na meer dan een uur hebben we dan toch een nieuwe kamer gekregen. . .

. Hotel personeli çok nazik ve konumu şehir merkezinde mikemmel. Fakat bu hotelin genel durumunu örtmeye yetmiyor. Arka odalar harabe bir binaya bakıyor. İlk gösterdikleri odada ayna kırıktı. Sonra ek ücretle geçtiğimiz 4.kat odası geniş fakat; Yatak boyu 190cm ve dar...aslında genişçe bir tek kişilik yatak. Üstünde kahvaltı salonu ve havuz var. Her türlü kahvaltı faatiyeti, sandalye çekme ve itme, havuz sesi ve mutfak gürültüsü birebir oda içinde...yani gece ve sabak 6 dan sonra uyumak mümkün değil. Duşakabin'in akıttığından ve 2.gün klimanın arızalandığından (3 saat içinde tamir edildi) bahsetmiyorum bile.

. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! THEY ARE DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
I traveled to Turkey for over a month, and in the third week, I arrived in Fethiye. When I checked in, the receptionist told me that my room had been canceled because my credit card had been declined. I was shocked, as I had been using the same card for three weeks without any problems. I immediately called my son in the US, who contacted the bank and Hotel.com. Both confirmed that there was no issue with my reservation and that no transactions had been declined.
At the same time, I overheard the receptionist telling the same thing to four other people. I then listened to their conversation in Turkish and learned that the hotel had canceled our reservations because some other guests had offered to pay more money to extend their stay.
I told the receptionist that there was no issue with my credit card and that Hotel.com had confirmed that everything was okay. I demanded that they do something to remedy the situation, as they had canceled my reservation on purpose. However, they refused to offer any compensation.
I then asked to speak to the manager, Burak. I told him that I could not find another hotel at the last minute and that it would cost me a fortune. He said that I could stay, but that I would have to pay double the original price. I was so disappointed with his response, and I told him that I would not be spending a penny on his hotel. I left and found another place to stay.This hotel ruined my trip.. .
