Good location, clean rooms.. Room/apartment was clean and relatively quiet. Beds comfortable and it was useful having so many supermarkets and eating options downstairs. Close to tram if needed and was always quick to get Uber from the location.. Beware of over the top charges for phone calls if you need to use hotel phone. We had to make a 5 minute call to bank and cost AUD 148. Ridiculous and clearly more than it would cost the hotel. The glass doors and walls in master bathroom provided no privacy, very poor design, more about looks than functionality. Smaller furniture would have made it easier to walk around the living area..

Wish we had stayed longer.. The rooms and propert is so luxuries and the staff are extra helpful. The location is also really nice, right by the marina walk and close to the Palm. Value for money was exceptional.. We stayed in a self-catering style apartment but basic amenities were not provided (dishwash soap, sponge, salt etc.).
