Excellent. The hotel is within a 5 minute walk from Nissi beach. The staff is helpful and kind. The room was big and clean. It was cleaned daily. Food is ok. Every night was entertainment programme. We and our kids especially liked the fire, parrot and magic animal show. In 3 nights there was live music.. .

Lovely hotel!. We had a nice holiday! Me and my mother came here to enjoy our little vacation together. I already knew this place from afar since I worked in Ayia Napa before, so actually there was a lots of reason why I chose this hotel for us. Location: The best. The Nisso beach is 5 minutes by walking, the Waterpark is also 5 minutes by bus and the city center is also close with by bus or taxi with lots of restaurants and shops. The bus stops are close and its easy to understand which bus you should take. Of course, we had some problems with it because sometimes we forgot which side we should go to take the bus, because in our Country (Hungary) we drive on the other side. But we got use to it after all. Hotel: The best beds that we ever slept on. I am not even kidding. Me and my mom slept so well in those beds that we hardly wanted to leave the room. The room was no nice and clean, it always had this nice smell when we entered in or out to the hall. They would clean the room daily, but we didn't ask for it since we spent there only 4 nights. The staff at the reception was very helpful when we had questions and the restaurant staff was also nice and hardworking. We chose half board and we were very happy with it. They told us that if we would like we can change our meals, so if we don't want to have breakfast we could have lunch instead, but we didn't use this since we were out of the hotel at lunch time, so breakfast and dinner was a good option for us. On our last day we asked for an early breakfast since our flight left in the morning and they kindly prepared sandwich and coffe for us at the lobby the next day when we wanted. We also arranged a taxi the previous day so everything went how we planned. They were so nice to us and so helpful. Restaurant: It was everything you could have asked for a 3* hotel. The indide area was so elegant and the outside area was nice as well. Every night it had a different theme about foods, but unfortunately the only problem that I had personally is the missing name cards next to the food. Sometimes I didn't know what I ate and I would loved to know the name of it but they didn't have them. Some food had these cards but some doesn't, so I didn't really understand what was the difference. But everything tasted nice there was a good amount of options of food that you could choose from. We were always full at breakfast and dinner as well. Bar: The coctails always tasted good, the guys knew what they had to do. Entertainment: Every night they had a different theme and they were good, we enjoyed them. If we want to come back? Sure! Do I reccommend this place? Of course! We had a pleasant vacation there. Good experience. This hotel is good value for money. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Towels and beds changed frequently. Tea and coffee making facilities and a safe. Balcony spacious with table and chairs. The pool area is well maintained and a lifeguard always on duty. The gardens well maintained . Ample beds and moneys for them. The outside bar area has plenty of seating. Whilst not bothered about night entertainment there was something for everybody over the week we were there. The restaurant is big and again well cared for and clean. We were happy with the food on offer but did eat out a few times but that was our choice. The staff are fabulous, extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.. .

Great value for money. Good location, welcoming people, tasty food (but not the biggest choice). Great value for money. Also we were very pleased with the free room upgrade. Nice playground for babies, but nothing for kids ~4+. Lack of space in the family room, no space for stroller. At the same time there were a number of different furniture items. No pancakes for breakfast:) :(.
