A solid establishment, though not without its minor drawbacks. Location A significant advantage of this hotel is its location on the outskirts of Protaras. This offers distinct benefits for those seeking respite from the city noise: it is quiet and peaceful. Grocery shops are located nearby, as is a diving centre. Mimosa Beach is situated just 200 metres from the hotel. It is a very intimate spot. In mid-October, it was uncrowded, the water was warm, and the descent into the sea was gentle. One can also walk to Turtle Bay (Green Bay). To reach the town centre, it is best to use the bus (stops are located right next to the hotel). Room We selected a family room with a view of the sea and the pool and were accommodated in the main building. The room was not particularly spacious, and the bathroom was very small. There were three of us with a small child, and I believe this represents the maximum occupancy for this room to function with any degree of comfort. With another child, it would become genuinely cramped. The amenities functioned without issue; everything appeared quite new and caused no problems. The beds featured comfortable mattresses. Dining Overall, the food was tasty and reasonably varied. It seems to maintain a high standard for an all-inclusive formula. The local cheeses, in particular, were delicious. Our only major reservation concerned the meats; they often appeared well-prepared when first served, but after some time in the chafing dishes, they became overcooked, tough, and dry. It is worth noting that the coffee from the machines was also tasty. Another positive was the Italian à la carte restaurant. We enjoyed a delicious dinner there, arguably one of the best we have had in hotels of this type. Compliments to the chef. Entertainment We did not make extensive use of the entertainment programme. However, having a room in the main building, one could hear practically everything from the performances whilst sitting on the balcony. For sports fans, the large television at the bar and the ample seating will be a plus; one can watch a match in comfortable conditions. Daytime activities were unobtrusive, which suited us well. As for the Splash Park – it was too loud for our toddler (though not for older children), but the water was exceedingly cold, as it was in the swimming pools. Consequently, we hardly used it. Service generally positive. It was evident that we were visiting the hotel at the end of the season. Fatigue was noticeable amongst the staff, particularly in the bars—with the exception of the snack bar, where energy and optimism were palpable every day. A significant commendation is due to the reception staff, who were very polite, helpful, and smiling. We received the information we needed, and matters were handled quickly and efficiently. Housekeeping service: there were instances where used towels were removed but fresh ones were not left behind. Sand we brought in on our shoes from the beach remained unswept in the room for several days. Following an intervention with the cleaning staff, everything was rectified. In the restaurants, there were minor stumbling blocks, such as receiving the wrong drinks, but these were isolated incidents; everyone worked very diligently daily and was polite and helpful. A note on prices in the poolside shop: The price on the label is not necessarily the price you will see at the till. We experienced this situation when purchasing swimming armbands for our child. Instead of the €7 indicated on the label, I was informed at the till that I had to pay €8. Whilst it is not a matter of €1, the mere fact that the labels are misleading—and the staff member claims with disarming honesty that the price is higher in the system and they will do nothing about it, before looking away and pretending I do not exist—is quite extraordinary for a chain hotel with at least 4 stars. Had it not been for the fact that my child had already spotted the PAW Patrol branding and I did not wish to upset him over €1, I would happily have walked away.. .

Wyjątkowa obsługa, piękne, przestronne miejsce.. Różnorodne, świeże, z propozycjami dla każdego. Byliśmy poza sezonem, wydaje się, że w sezonie były również wyciskane soki.. Dostrzegam opcję remontu korytarzy hotelowych. Ale ok..

. Mums ļoti patika mūsu numuriņa dizains un iekārtojums ar ļoti ērti un funkcionāli izdomātu un ērtu plānojumu. Tas patiešām ir kompliments ēkas arhitektiem. Brīnišķīgas vakariņas un vakariņu zāli apkalpojošais personāls!. Bērnu baseinā ar ūdens slidkalniņiem ūdens bija patiešām auksts, iespējams, ka tādēļ, ka sezonas pašas beigas (2.-3.nov.). Iespējams, ka vasaras sezonā ir labāk. Darbiniece, kas solīja sagatavot līdzņemšanas pusdienu paciņas aizmirsa par to un arī aizmirsa personālam nodot ziņu, ka vienai paciņai jābūt veģetārai, rezultātā sanāca kavēt izbraukšanas laiku un saņemt trīs pusdienas ar gaļu..

Everything is fine. I rested at this hotel with my wife. Very beautiful and clean room. Nice hotel and friendly staff. Wide range of food, which will suit both adults and children. There are vegan dishes. Also a wide range of meat products. In general, I liked everything, I recommend it. I convey my greetings to the bartender from the lobby bar). .

Maistas labai skurdus,mazas pasirinkimas.Vaiku meniu nera,ledu taip pat nera. Naujas įrengimas,personalas nelenda i akis.Vonios kambarys puikus.Nepatariu ten apsistoti nuo Lapkricio 1d.nes meniu skurdus,nera vakaro programu ir t.t.Ryte skani ,tikrai gera kava.Tv veikia Youtube,kas yra puiku.. Atvykom du suauge plius vaikas 7 parom.Uzsakyme tas matosi,bet atejus i kambari buvo du ranksluosciai,dvi kedes balkone,ir lova vaikui nepaklota.Pagalves per kietos(paprasius kitu minkstu,sake neturime).Per savaite laiko neisvale terasos nei karto!Grindys baisios lipnios,murzinos.Baseino ranksluosciu kur keisti nebuvo,nedirbo tas kioskas,tad pastoviai teko arba dziovinti arba gaudyti kambarine kad pasikeisti.Pusryciai labai prasti,nebuvo jokios zuvies ir jokiu bandeliu ar saldumynu nes baigiasi sezonas.Blynai nevalgomi biskvitiniai,labia stori.Nebuvo net Nutella jiems uztepti.Kambarius vale ir ranksluoscius keite nekasdien.Kambarys buvo salia skalbyklos ,pastoviai vaziavo masinos,triuksmas,krovimo darbai,ir kvapai nekokie.Bet blogiausia dalis tai vakariene.Nera ledu!! Nei jokiu ir nei vienos porcijos! Pirmas vakaras buvo visiskas nesusipratimas,nes maistas buvo persildytas ir atsales.Fri bulves nevalgomos,nes kietos,sudziuvusios,persildytos,makaronai salti ir t.t..Visas vakarienes tik vienas patiekalas su zuvimi.Ir viena karta buvo astuonkojis(per riebus) Niekad nebuvo papjaustytu svogunu.Antras didelis minusas beproto saltas vanduo baseinuose.Net kojos neina ikisti i vandeni,nors baseinas per terasa,vienas zingsnis!Paairinkome nes turi Aqva parka,bet ten vanduo ledinis!! Darbo laikas 10:30-12:00.Tada uzdaro ir atidaro 13:00/13:30 iki 17:30.Paskutines vakarienes net nebuvo,o pasake eiti i restorana ir ten nese vakariene pagal savo nuoziura,net nepaklause ka megstam valgom😳As vegetare! Atnese salotu viena lekste trims zmonems ir karpaco is mesos irgi viena lekste.Tada karsta mesos patiekala ir zuvies su bulviu kose.Jei nebutumem paklause o vaikas kaip??
