Very good. The room was really spacious and nice view to the sea.
All the staff was polite and helpful.. The food at breakfast and at the l'apero restaurant was not good. Having dry croissants and pain au chocolat in a hotel where they greet people with 'bonjour' is a paradox..

Passable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Especially, Danel was super helpful and professional.
Breakfast was very rich and varied.
Room was spacious.
Rooftop pool and the view was nice.. The room keys at the hotel kept malfunctioning. Every time we wanted to enter our room, we had to get new keys from the reception, which was very inconvenient. Sometimes, we even had to go all the way back down from the 18th floor to get them. They really need to find a solution to this issue.
In addition to this, I checked in two days late due to visa problems, and the hotel staff offered no assistance whatsoever. Those two days were completely wasted.
Since I made my reservation through Booking.com, the hotel staff said they wouldn’t assist with these issues. When I contacted Booking.com, they said the hotel did not approve my requests. In short, I received very poor customer service and support.
Coastal sea view rooms cannot see the sea/coast that well, so the view is not value for money..

Bad. Location. Cleanliness, out dated, reception was poor, mattress was uncomfortable, loud music till 4am although we was on 26th floor we can still hear it
Breakfast was as bad as a 2 star hotel, the paid extra club lounge access was so poor and managed badly i regret upgrading.. This was very bad
I should of stayed at paramount midtown which i always do. Half the price.
