No 5 star level. The room and the view from the balcony were very nice and the NYE party was great: good live music and a fantastic buffet. Hotel was not on 5 star level , not at all.
Service was not good even if they were friendly smiling and tried their best. Breakfast was very disappointing and food in the restaurant was max
4 star level. Beach was dirty, you see way too much what is behind the scene of this hotel and island.. for this money very disappointing. Worst 5 star hotel ever.
And just my personal view, it was kind of ugly....

Nice and pleasant. Little dissapointed with the breakfast.. The villa was nice and clean, everything was available. The boat trip timings did not make sense. Check in was at 3 and the boat ride was at 3 also, you will arrive at your villa 1 hour later. Check out is at 12 and the boat ride was at 12. So you have less time to stay in the villa which is not cheap to begin with..
