Best experience.. We had an amazing stay at the Khalidia Palace Hotel. The service provided by Ali and Mohanraj was exceptional, and they were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself is breathtakingly beautiful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I also want to highlight their transfer and tour services, which are provided by a company called Rayna and our driver is Bilal (he is amazing too) – they were perfect. It was a wonderful experience for my wife and me, and we will definitely return.

All in all it was very good! For sure I do recommend the hotel for accommodation!. The staff are so supportive. The cleanliness was super! The location is perfect. I forgot an item in the room and I got it back after communicating with the hotel, which is very much appreciated.. The gym facilities needs attention. One time I was told the treadmill was not functional and waiting for a technician to fix it. The items in the Gym are limited in type ..

Not Pet Friendly. The staff was nice at the hotel, the room was very nice and clean.. When I booked the hotel, I specifically booked it for the size of the room, its proximity to the airport, and the fact that it was advertised to be pet friendly (as I live in Abu Dhabi and needed to take my mother-in-law to the airport very early to catch her flight out of the country so didn't want to leave my cat for the evening). Unfortunately, when I called the morning of to inform the hotel that I'd be bringing my cat (as was asked for in the confirmation), they said that it would be a 500 aed deposit and an additional 200+ dirham charge for a "mandatory deep cleaning" and "additional services". I asked then what the deposit was for then? If there was damage or if there warranted a deep clean, then wouldn't the 500 dirham deposit cover that? Wouldn't the additional 200+ amount be essentially moot if it wasn't warranted? I was told no, that these are mandatory charges if you bring a pet. I was fine with the deposit, but the additional charges "just because" didn't make sense and I ended up not bringing my cat and having to make other very last minute arrangements that I hadn't anticipated because the site was not forthright with their "pet friendly" policies. It feels like the site misrepresented that the property was actually pet friendly- because also in addition to these extra hidden costs that were not divulged outright, I was told that the larger suite I booked (specifically for my mother-in-law, my husband and myself to stay in together) was not pet friendly and if I brought my cat, we'd have to stay in an alternative space that was "pet friendly"... so had I brought my cat, they would've put us in another room? Or made us pay extra fees for one that was pet friendly? I wish I would've had this information at booking as I likely would not have booked this quite expensive room given I didn't get the pet friendly accommodation..

Very good , value for money. Location is very good . Close to airport but yet only 25 m to center.. Spacious and clean rooms.

Nice staff.. Smell in the lobby is nice but just to strong. No oxygen left in the lobby to breathe:).
