A JOKE, ATROCIOUS, PATHETIC, SHUTDOWN. Nothing. Horrible experience, don’t go here.. READ BEFORE BOOKING - Pathetic. DO NOT GO HERE. Pay extra and stay somewhere else. When I arrived to the hotel after receiving confirmation from the hotel that my 2 rooms were booked and paid for, the hotel advised that they didn’t have any rooms available for me and my family. They said they were at full capacity after my booking had been confirmed for months and after i confirmed with the hotel 3 days before. We were left stranded in the lobby for 8 hours with no room and was advised we would have to wait the following day. They finally found us rooms which were horrible and not cleaned from the previous guests yet. The tables were wet and stained, and my mother had screws fall from the bed onto her leg and scratched and bled. Completely unsafe and unreliable. The owner of the hotel Mr Ramee advised he would do anything to make up for the stay but then disappeared and we never saw him after that and only returned when we checked out with the other hotel manager Dinesh lying to us saying he was “overseas” right after we saw him in the lobby. We were advised a full refund of the first night for both rooms since we didn’t get into our rooms until midnight and now nobody will return my contact since we checked out. Peter the hotel manager advised he would return contact and nothing at all. Dinesh also was extremely rude when my family was sick and did not provide the free room service that Ramee promised for the inconvenience and they only shut us up with some breakfast.
Pathetic. DO NOT GO HERE. Pay extra and stay somewhere else..

New year night. Mr Milan in Reception and Mr Rajender kumar in Tana tan was extremely nice. The waiters in tana tan was extremely nice and good,though food and live band was pathetic.. Most of the staff are unaware of the indoor function and arrangement.when there is a big occasion like new year ,managment should take more interest in informing the staff about the overall arrangements. They should be able to take load.The food in Tana Tan and the live music was pathetic..
