Disappointing experience. We booked the hotel by reading the reviews but it was a very bad experience. The location and facilities of the hotel were very good but the management was very bad. Breakfast is quite poor. The reception does not help you with your luggage and there is no lift in the hotel. Room cleaning is bad. Hair came out of the towel. I hope the hotel owners will fix them.. .

Pretty hotel but terrible service and cleanliness.. I liked the pool and the restaurant staff.. There was no Wi-Fi, we complained and got moved our room and still there was no Wi-Fi when we moved. Toilet was leaking so when you flushed it, anything from the toilet would spill out to the whole bathroom. Room service didn’t come to clean so we didn’t have toilet paper, clean towels, toiletries. This was brought up to the reception many times and nothing was done about it. Me and my husband had to ask the cleaning staff ourselves to clean and then it was done one day during our 7 day stay. Reception was unhelpful whenever asked for anything. Hotel staff did not do anything to help or improve on any of the issues pointed out..

Peaceful and relaxing setting. The inn is beautifully designed, combining modern comforts with a cozy, inviting atmosphere.
The location is perfect—close enough to the heart of Fethiye to quickly explore, yet tucked away in a peaceful setting that allowed us to unwind and relax. Our room was spotless, well-appointed, and offered stunning views we enjoyed each morning.. .

Could have been a better experience. The hotel is located in the tranquil part of the village. I really enjoyed with this silence especially in the night. Swimming pool and the sitting area around the pool are quite nice. But the best part of the facility is the restaurant serving delicious food which is surrounded by an another pool. Staff in the restaurant is friendly and service is fast.
In general I like the facility.. I booked two rooms; one with double bed and another one with two single beds. However, when we arrived, we realized that both rooms had one double bed each. We asked to change one of the room with two single beds but it eas not available although the option has been provided me while I was booking. The staff in reception was not experienced, the manager I talked over the phone promised me to solve the problem. Although the solution offered was not ideal (they put a portable bed in one of the room), we accepted since we were tired and it was quite late to find another place. I asked several times to meet the manager in person but he preferred to communicate via phone. I believe that we were just worthless customer for them staying in an economic room with discount (I got a discount due to being a genious member of booking.com)
In fact, my intention to meet the manager in person was to thank them for their effort to solve the problem even if it was not an ideal solution but also to advice them to check the information in booking.com about their hotel and review the notification system between booking.com and the hotel.
If there were no option in booking.com for a double room with two single beds for the dates we stayed, this hotel wouldn’t have been even an option for us.
Customer relationship is one of the most essential part of managing such places, I hope they will improve themselves on that.
Rooms: I don’t know how the condition of other rooms or bungalows are but economic rooms need a good maintenance, especially in the bathrooms..

Oasis of tranquility. We booked a really cheap hotel in Marmaris, but when we arrived, we decided not to stay!
After a lot of research, we found the Ensoinn. What an oasis!
Lovely calm, relaxing location. Breakfast included and more than adequate. The menu for lunch and dinner was lovely with plenty of choice and catered for my gluten free needs.
We’d like to return, but I can’t find a website! I can only find it through the booking brokers but I’d rather all my money went to the hotel, not split with an agent!

It’s worth the money spent , and really we enjoyed the wonderful mountain and forest view. Very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast is not buffet but served as per the choice of the chef.

Place to stay if you are in Kayaköy . Best welcome. Check-in was fast and friendly. Staff were very helpful and informative.
Breakfast was good
The young gentleman at the bar was a very fun person to deal with.
When we asked for off the menu cocktails, he said let's try them together. :)
The only issue that I had with my stay was the size of the shower. I'm a middle size male and I could not turn in the shower without hitting the door or walls.
Other than that everything was fantastic.. .
