Exceptional. The view from the balcony is just incredible, and the hosts were so friendly and helpful - e.g. most places were closed due to off season so they made us a delicious sandwich lunch for our hike. Mostly just us and one or two other people dining due to the season, but we loved the peace and quiet and felt so comfortable and relaxed - incredibly peaceful stay, lots of beautiful hikes in the area.. Just a note that the bath plug might need changing as it very slowly leaked, but still enjoyed our baths :).

Lovely breakfast and the food is nice in the restaurant. Lots of tourists frequently visit enjoying the food and scenery. The restaurant is nicely decorated with natural ambience and soft music.
The family are really humble and lovely people.
Kabak beach is easily accessibly of course you would need a car. I'm told there is a steep-walk which I didn't take.
Hot water is available.. We stayed for 4 nights with our one year old which I think wasn't a good idea and I wouldn't recommend more than 2 nights.
The top floor and bottom floor appear to be more equipped including jaccuzi with nicer views but the middle floor's room where we stayed view is partly hindered..

Great place to chill, and a great staging post for Lycian Way hikes. Fabulous view from balcony, fabulous roof top restaurant/bar and another amazing view, breakfast was amazing and set you up for the day. The meals at the Restaurant were excellent and great value - we stayed 3 nights and didn’t eat anywhere else. Staff were very helpful. The Dolmus stop is right out the front!. .

Exceptional. The hotel has an amazing view both at restaurant as well as the room terrace. The environment is tranquil and peaceful, far away from the beach's hustle and bustle, while still very easy to access to beach with minibus at the bus stop 1 min away. The room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable, and our room is cleaned and towels are changed every day. Having taken all our meals at the restaurant, everything we tried were satisfying, and always generous in portion and variety. Staffs are suuuupper cute and nice, will stay here for sure if we come back again.. Better to change the bed cover/quilt to the cotton one.
