Great location but let down with lack of vegan choice and no room cleaning. We also had no hand soap for the duration of. We were disappointed with the lack of vegan choice. Having stayed in multiple Atlantica hotels, this hotel has been the least accommodating. Our room wasn’t cleaned - only new towels left and glasses weren’t removed that had been used.

🌴☀️. I choose this hotel twice for a week's stay in August and October and I sincerely recommend it to everyone, especially families with children. The resort is in a really good location — near to the center, close an amusement park and on the main street there are many tourist attractions and great taverns. Every night this place is vibrant and many people heading out to the clubs. The nearest beautiful beach is a 15 minute walk along the seaside promenade. There is a bus stop next to the hotel, it is a well-connected part of the island with easy access to any destination. The rooms were cozy and cleaned daily and we lacked for nothing. The only exception was the regular visits from lizards, but were truly adorable. The food was varied, fresh and delicious. The pool was suitable for both children and adults, water was clean, though finding a free sunbed was always a challenge. The garden offered plenty of space to relax and play, it was peaceful and I felt really safe. I saved the best for last – I haven't met such a friendly and professional team of waiters, bartenders and receptionists in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised that after two months, they still remembered me and tried to make my stay enjoyable at every step. I could always turn to them if I had any problems. Im grateful for the fantastic service, conversation and warm welcome. I would like to give a special mention to Snezana and great waitress - Weronika, to lovely Greek guys – Panagiotis, Kostas, Giannis, Diego and Apostolis. Also I can't forget about the best bartender – Samuel. The whole staff did an amazing job this year. Good luck next season, keep growing and I hope to see you again in the future!

Wonderful vacation. From walking into the hotel to leaving nothing was to much trouble for any member of staff
Our room was wonderful and cleaned 6 days out of 7
We walked out of our room and there were sun beds/pool were right there( also pool towels are included for your stay)
The food was great in the restaurant & pool bar and in the la a carte restaurant (which you get included if staying AL for more than 5 nights)
The bar staff were great and the drinks were amazing and you had a great choice to pick from
Big shout out to all the staff in the restaurant from behind the scenes to front of house staff all happy to greet you and have a conversation with you
Don't let negative comments put you off we would go back if looking at Cyprus again. .
