Nice and Average hotel. Not 4 stars hotel. 3 Good Star Hotel. Nice hotel and staff. They gave us beautiful bungalow. Very happy with that. Food ot desirable. Do t understand why in London Turkish food is so good. Not here when should be but we survive… always something available to eat as was Buffett Bear in mind, No Internet, very weak. Need to be careful.When we got home we got charge £200 with mobile company as children and husband used without realising.. .

Customer service was amazing. It was a fantastic holiday with good entertainment and food with three meals every day and snacks, with cocktails for long hours. Mrs Buse and Memo were amazing to us. they are part of the entertainment team and their energy was amazing all the time. They were so kind to us also.. .

Amazing holiday in a fabulous hotel. Amazing staff, even though it was winding down for the end of season all staff so welcoming and still all smiling, all helpful nothing too much trouble. Great food and chefs showed great pride in work and presentation of food. Lovely pools although very cold but could just be due to the time of year. Cleaning excellent rooms and hotel spotless. Rooms a lovely size, clean and plenty of storage with safe and mini fridge in room. Spa on site we didn’t use but heard lots of fantastic reviews from fellow guests. Waterpark was a fantastic addition, kids really enjoyed the days we spent there. Fantastic location so easy to hop a taxi or dolmus right outside hotel in to Hisarano, Fethiye, Oludenez and the blue lagoon. Evening entertainment was a little lacking but hotel occupancy would have been low and the animation team couldn’t have tried any harder to engage the guests, perhaps could have been more going on at the pools during the day for the kids but that really is my only slight negative. Thank you so much we have loved our stay with you and would recommend to anyone thinking of booking for 2026. We are couple who travelled with our 2 daughters Aged 14 and 11 and each brought their best friends along too.. .

Poor management and not taking any responsibility. At first visit this hotel was lovely and the villa was perfect for our family holiday. Until my daughter got hurt and no one cared enough to check or even sort the issue that caused the accident. We arrived monday afternoon and after going to our room we got changed and went to the pool and straight away my husband noticed the broken tile on the steps to the main pool. He went to reception and reported this. The following 2 days it poured of rain so by the Thursday when then sun came out the girls were so exited to get in the pool. My daughter sliced her leg on this broken tile and missed out on 2 days of her holiday as not being able to get in the water at the pool or waterpark. When this happened entertainment manager informed the management, So on the same day when they came to the pool taking photos and discussing the broken tile as tho the didnt know. We were told someone was going to speak to us and we were there another week after this and we heard nothing. We spoke to 4 different management throughout the week and never got any communication or information. The day we left the tile was still broken and nothing had been done to keep anyone away or even informing anyone about it. We kept telling other guests to keep their kids away from the steps. And to make this worse I reported this to my travel agent and the reponse they got back from the hotel was saying nothing had been reported and nothing had been said to them from us. Which is a lie. I hope anyone who visits this hotel haven't had to deal with the management as you will be waiting a long time. Oh and the 2nd last day during dinner 4 owners/management came around the tables asking how our holiday had been etc and I said even then about what had happened and he just brushed it off. Definitely wasn't interested.. .

Amazing hotel and staff. We have just arrived home from a beautiful holiday. The hotel staff, from reception, cleaners, chef’s and entertainment were incredible to say the least. They couldn’t do enough for you. The food was lovely, the rooms were spacious and clean. Rumi, who cleaned our room was particularly brilliant, it was my birthday whilst we were there, she did a beautiful swan towel display on our bed. The entertainment was amazing too, we are waiting for them to pop up on the booking sites and we’re going back in May. Can’t wait. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. .

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We had such a lovely holiday at Orca world hotel 😊 The entertainment was amazing and the entertainment leader kept things lively with non-stop fun and laughter. My son loved the pool games which he hasn’t stoped talking about. The staff were all so happy and friendly, they would remember your drinks and your name and was also happy to help . The Food was flavorful and lots of choice too. I’d definitely come back and visit again we are looking to book again next year ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. .

Mehmet is the life of the entertainment. Wonderful stay. I was so happy with my stay, that I plan to go back every year, I went with my mum, sister, her 2 children and myself and my twins who are 3. The staff go over and beyond to help you, they are so friendly and they give you so much advise where to go what to do. I had the pleasure to meet Mehmet, such a kind soul and he was so friendly with us all. He told us all about the entertainment, and even got us involved when I’m super shy, which did wonders for me. He did such an amazing job with the water sports activities in the pool. Me and the kids couldn’t get enough. He was so reassuring, kept asking if we needed help or anything, told us about the attractions that we didn’t even know about, he even helped plan some of the days out. From the rooms, to the food, to the entertainment, I’m so glad we chose to stay here. We travel a lot as a family and I honestly feel that no where I have stayed before, the staff have cared so so much. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, so clean and tidy. I will see you next year 😊. .

Amazing team and hotel!. Just got back from 2 weeks at orka world hotel and Aquapark and all I can say is what an amazing hotel!! The food is amazing so much to choose from and everything I tried was so flavourful, the kids mostly lived on nugs and chips but tried other things which they didn’t last year at another hotel we went to. The entertainment staff were the BEST!! The made the stay so much fun from kids club to yoga and evening and day entertainment. All the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We even got upgraded for free as we were in two separate rooms. I would only say downfall is some of the rooms are a little dated but I think this is being done gradual. I loved the dated look tho as reminded me of rooms when I was younger and being on holiday. Waterpark is an added bonus and perfect for a couple hours. The location is good too lots of shops and places to eat. Everyone’s been so friendly. Would 100% recommend and want to come back! Thank you orka world all your staff and team have made our 2 weeks brilliant. We have a 5/6/11/14 year old kids and we also cane with family and friends.. .
