Not kids friendly and everything is overpriced .. Clean rooms,comfortable beds. I didn’t like much about this hotel because everything is overpriced and it is not child friendly. Condescending responses on the four seasons WhatsApp chat. Left a bitter taste in my mouth as a hardworking mother of twin boys.. Hated the breakfast because it is the same everyday and it gets boring after 2 days.
Everything around this property is very expensive and there is not much hospitality when travel in with kids. Kids only allows you kids above the age of 5 without supervision of the parents. Our kids are 3yrs and we were not allowed to leave them even for an hour,eventhough they are fully potty trained.If you need assistance with babysitting hi,they charge 85$ per hour..
