. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Address Creek Harbour Hotel!
Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen – der Service war durchweg professionell und sehr aufmerksam.
Das Zimmer war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Besonders beeindruckt haben uns der atemberaubende Blick auf die Skyline von Dubai und den Creek – vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang einfach traumhaft.
Auch der Poolbereich war sehr schön. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt: nah genug am Zentrum, aber angenehm ruhig und mit schöner Umgebung.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und können das Hotel jedem Dubai-Besucher wärmstens empfehlen!. .

Not good. Very slow and inefficient check in process - even at midnight, while they can see you have an infant and needs to go to room quickly.
Mismanagement during breakfast time. No tables/space, and you have to wait.
2 PM late check out confirmed during check in, but no synchronization between the different teams. Housekeeping doesn’t know and reception calls to kick you out and 12 PM, wakes up the baby with the shock, and offer you “mercy” with an attitude to leave at 2PM, while it was already confirmed during check in time. It’s almost a joke.
Process is obviously flawed. . .
