At checkout I was asked to sign receipt which did not have my name on it. I resisted. Then I scratched the incorrect name and put my name and number. Then signed it.

. The hotel is located on the main street and has access to all the main roads. The hotel is currently undergoing maintenance. Rooftop bar and swimming pool are closed for maintenance.

A solid 0/10.. . The room that was assigned to me had a dirty bathroom, the lights kept flickering and the highlight of my night was being woken up by my ground shaking from how loud the music was in the clubs downstairs. I would not suggest this club to any one that works a 9-5 or is in town for an event..

Regret having selected this property. . Reception not answering outside calls, unbearable smoke smell in the room, very noisy till 4am because of 4 night clubs in the facility and unable to get sleep. Does not look suitable for decent family. Wondering how 4 Star mentioned in booking.com, deserves less than 3 Star. Because of not being able to sleep we had to move to another hotel, losing the money. Booking.com did not reply to our complaint..
