To sum up, I booked this hotel for my parents to stay in it cause it was close to the place I stay in and because it’s v. Christmas decoration. - continuous calls for the staff to actually get there

My stay was excellent should I have to come to visit Dubai you will be my home away from home. The breakfast was delicious but improve to have a variety of of morning food staff to choose from.. I have enjoy your omelet the most and the juices provided during breakfast. Not forgetting the variety of tea on display to choose from..

Exceptional. The staff are absolutely amazing, helpful / friendly / extremely friendly and efficient. The rooms are SPOTLESS and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I ordered room service, and the service was amazing and delivered in such a professional and great way. Food is delicious 😋 Love that I was able to use the sauna (part of the package) I will definitely be coming back!!!!. Parking is not in the easiest of areas to pull your suitcase along. Unfortunately, it's not paved, so it's in the sand. But this is a small inconvenience for the excellent accommodation and GREAT staff..
