Warm regards. The only thing that really upset me was that I made the hotel reservation a week in advance. On the same day of the booking, I contacted Booking.com customer service to request a change in the check-in date. Booking.com reached out to the hotel on my behalf, but unfortunately, the hotel refused the request.
What made it more disappointing was that I checked availability for the new dates I wanted, as if I were making a new booking, and the hotel did have availability. This made the refusal even more frustrating and disappointing for me..
