Outstanding Weekend Away. We have stayed at the One and Only Palm (which was exceptional) and decided to try this new one. They are very different in style and feel. The palm feels like a family home, very personal and comfortable.
This one is ultra modern, city vibe with many dining options and nightclub etc but also outstanding.
From the moment we arrived we were so impressed by the staff and the amazing property. We had dinner in StreetXO which was great and the breakfast was so good. Not just the usual huge buffet but a combination of A La Carte and buffet which was a very nice touch (no standing waiting for an omelette). We then spent the day at the infinity pool which was perfect (high end beach club feel)
Thank you One & Only Za'abeel and staff!. Yes you need a map to navigate the elevators but the building is in the shape of a H so its understandable..

Exceptional Birthday Surprise. I had an exceptional experience! Love the check-in experience when they upgraded my stay to Zabeel Suite because it was my birthday. The hospitality was outstanding as everyone was friendly, smiling, and very helpful. The suite was a smart-home type. The interior and exterior were stunning, I was admiring all the details designed, especially in the lobby, which is on the 25th floor and the breakfast area.
The breakfast was excellent, full of different variations, especially the GF and Dairy Free options.
The longest infinite pool, where we spent most of our time, was magical! We went to watch the sunset and the next morning the pool water was worm enough to swim and take so many pictures.. The hotel layout was not only confusing but also very tiring. You will have to have a map all the time, and you will have to keep asking about the different elevators' location for each place.
I was recommended by the hotel to book at Arrazuna restaurant for my birthday dinner, unfortunately, the food was bad, and the ambiance was not suitable for birthday celebration and not romantic at all..

It's the most wonderful hotel I visited in my life.. I wrote that I was coming for the occasion and they didn't prepare the place well they wrote at least they would provide a small cake in the room they didn't provide it..
