Excellent choice with small details to pay attention to…. Room size and natural light through its huge windows & balcony glass door, plus they are spacious, fresh. Add to that the balcony with its views and the huge, comfortable bathroom, which are a big plus; nevertheless you should pay attention to small details.
Not far from the city hustle and yet peace with an excellent terrace and gardens to chill.
Small, cozy… hopefully it will be kept this way. - Small cleaning issues: After sleeping for two nights at the property I personally requested the room to be cleaned. Bins were full, and carpets needed some vacuuming. I was told the maid was not available that day. Next day nothing happened, someone emptied the bins and that was it.
Cleaning was done on the 4th night. Yet, the dust from the seams was in the bathroom corners, mirrors were there. Please pay attention to dust in the shelves and mirrors. I understand the new efforts to save water and not changing towels, BUT vacuuming could be done everyday to keep the mats clean for both the client and the hotel; trash bin can be kept clean with no extra effort. Doing the beds daily could be a nice touch, too. It’s done worldwide in every hotel category.
- Breakfast is not included in the price. Unfortunately they do not have a ready menu to be sent..

I do highly recommend the hotel, probably the best one in Batumi.. The location is really great, with a view of Batumi, trees, and sea. The staff is very friendly, allowed us to check in before the declared time, which really saved our day. The room is cozy, has anything you may need, and an awesome terrace. I do highly recommend the hotel, probably the best one in Batumi.. .

Exceptional. The hotel was extremely comfortable and authentic. Our experience was so good, the heater and hot water worked without problems. The hotel owner is very helpful as well as the staff. If you don't have a car the location of the hotel is a little on the hill though you can always call a cab as far as I know they are cheap... .
