Horror. Please note: I visited in 06/23, but unfortunately, that time frame cannot be selected. At this time the place was called "Ghaya Grand Dubai"
My stay was extremely disappointing and did not meet any expectations of a 5-star hotel. The facilities were outdated, service was lacking, and the overall experience felt cheap and rushed. I can absolutely not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality or comfort. Definitely look elsewhere.. .

No 5 star experience here.. This is not a 5 star hotel experience facility nor customer service.
Rooms are old, very dark , smelly and very basic.
Beds are super uncomfortable.
Pool barely sees the sun.
Carpet everywhere that is at least 20 years old.
Location is not great but ok.. .

Our family and our home from home. What was planned as a three-week business trip turned into an almost five weeks stay!
We lived, slept and swam at Vintage.
Hassan kept our apartment clean, made up our beds with great bedlinen and kept us well supplied with bottled water. We swopped family stories (he was about to go on home leave to Kerala).
Brenda, Heidi and Su showed us where to find products in the well-stocked store inside the hotel. The potatoes and cos lettuce were delicious! We loved to have a quick chat and to greet each other in the mornings and afternoons.
The pharmacy provided us with prompt advice, antibiotics and useful tips for contact lens wearers in the UAE - an eye bath!
The pool and the gym were our refuge. Lying on your back in the water, you look straight up to heaven. Thank you to the lifeguards for keeping the water and the surrounds in such good condition.
The engineering department arrived promptly to attend to matters. They even brought us a new washing machine.
Reception was there at all hours to print out documents and assist with extending our stay.
Security outside the hotel became our friends. We met people from Nigeria, London, Nepal. They found us taxis. They stowed our luggage. They welcomed us home every day after work

Great hotel and great barman Reda. Reda in the bar was attentive and very happy. Always has a nice smile and nice vibe. Great staff all around and most accommodating. Always helpful. Great for anyone visiting from the UK as well appointed. Room was really comfortable and well serviced.. .
