Not bad for the price. 1 - Valet parking service provided.
2 - Support with luggage to the room
3 - The coffee shop made good mochas and the staff were polite and funny.
4 - Breakfast staff member Shaine looked after me every morning and got my takeout decaf coffee ready to be taken to the beach.. 1- Loud music on the beach
2- Room service: The guest left cutlery and crockery with leftover food in the stairways. Accidents can happen if not careful.
3- Not all staff at the breakfast bar are welcoming, a possible reason for an early start and long hours.
4- Guest smoking on the beach, horrible experience.

I expected a typical Dubai 5 star experience , was very disspointed though. Location. The place is tired , rooms was smelly, no separate showers . For a five star rated facility the accomodation is no where close..

Poor. . "My first room had a strong smell of smoke, so I was moved to another room. However, the second room still felt like it was underground. The cleanliness was subpar, with hair found both in the room and the bathroom. At the entrance, there were spoons on the floor, and water glasses had clearly not been picked up in days. This experience was definitely not worth the money I paid.".

Quick nice stay in good location & by the beach. Location is fantastic. Walking distance to many options. From start, staff were nice & friendly, got an upgrade and it was useful as I spent long time in duplex room (working) .. atmosphere in resort and varieties of restaurant inside it and around is great! Overall very good choice & value.. Nothing.
